About

Approach

My approach is client-centred and always directed towards what seems most appropriate to both your individual personality and present needs.

I am an integrative therapist. I work with emotional, cognitive, physical, behavioural and, if so wished, the spiritual areas of functioning. Each of these contribute to who we are and how we experience life and our relationships.

I particularly draw upon insights from Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness.

I am trained in the use of creative therapies and will bring these into the work if appropriate.
