Sometimes insights from the past may start to make sense of the present. On other occasions, patterns of behaviour causing present problems can be identified.

 

I encourage clients to understand for themselves what is going on - both in their thoughts and in their emotions. This can open up opportunities for positive change within the supportive framework of the counselling relationship.
